You need resources that help your students dream and plan beyond high school. You have been waiting for creative ideas and strategies for college preparation lessons. You are passionate about meaningful activities that get your students to improve on their college mindset.
My students really enjoyed this activity. It helped working on their transition goals for their IEP's engaging. Students made ones for various types of post-secondary options they were looking into including community college, UC's, CSU's, and trade schools. Excellent resource.

I love the update for 2021-2022! I have used this planner for the past 3 years and the layouts for this year are amazing. I also like the project pages and wellness tracker added in! I like how for the monthly calendar I do not have to flip my planner sideways to look at it. I use my 365 planner hole punch and disks to create this every year so thank you for the new layout!
Hope (School Counselor Planner)
This was a nice way to review the past year, a great way to look at summer goals, and a good resource to get students thinking about next fall (current juniors to think about their upcoming senior year and graduating seniors to think about their next step - military, college, or work).
Kim (Goal Setting Worksheets) - used with 12th grade
I used this resource for my bulletin board in the Junior and Senior hallway. I have gotten great feedback from teachers, students and stakeholders that have walked through the hallway. I did color the footsteps to give it a pop of color, but the idea behind this bulletin board is great!
Taylar (College & Career Bulletin Board) - used with 9th - 12th grade
The growth mindset forms were a great source for them to assess their own mindsets, and the slides were easy to use in Nearpod and share via Webex. Thanks for a wonderful resource!
